What methods of payment do you accept?
The Whatsoever is happy to accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within five (5) business days after receipt of payment.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on location and selected shipping service, orders typically arrive anywhere between two (2) and nine (9) business days after they’ve been accepted by the carrier. Customers can also download the Shop App from their order status page.

When will I receive my pre-sale/pre-order?
Pre-sale/pre-order items are made available for purchase anywhere between one (1) and six (6) months in advance. The item description will include the expected availability date, so please read all product descriptions thoroughly and be mindful of dates. Please be advised that product availability and release dates are subject to change or cancel at any time without notice. You will be notified of any and all changes to any pre-sale/pre-order purchases, shall they occur. If a pre-sale/pre-order item is no longer available for any reason, you will receive a full refund on all purchase and shipping costs.

How much is shipping?
For orders less than $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. For orders exceeding $50 and shipping to the continental US, shipping is free!

Can I return my item?
We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your order. We accept returns for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date with the original receipt/proof of purchase. The item(s) must be in the same condition they were when they were sent, including all tags and original packaging. More information can be found under our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled any time before being shipped. Pre-sale/pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation, unless the item becomes unavailable from the manufacturer.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
Since we are a small business, we usually do not restock our items so we have room for the latest releases.

Do I have to make an account before I can make a purchase?
Although creating an account is not required, it is encouraged. Customers with accounts are eligible for exclusive discounts and giveaways. Customers with accounts also receive sneak peeks into upcoming inventory.
